What services do you offer?

We provide psychiatric testing and prescribing medication when it is appropriate. Mental health testing can be but is not limited to diagnosing Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Panic Disorder, etc.
Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance. You can visit our services page for pricing on appointments.
Do you treat children?

Yes, we treat ages 5 and up!

Are you accepting new patients?
Yes! At this time Melody Ellis, PHMNP-BC is the only provider accepting new patients.
Does your office require a referral?

No, you are more than welcome to call and make your own appointment.

Where are you located?
We are located at 1880 North Eastman Rd, Suite 130, Kingsport, TN 37664. Our office is in the Starbucks / Panera parking lot in the lower level. Our door will say “Ellis Psychiatry, LLC.”
